I have just discovered your music, after hearing your “Some Cats Know” CD on station KHKE at the University of N. Iowa in Cedar Falls. I quickly ordered it, and never tire of your music. I am listening on a different level than some, as I have just formed a jazz trio of my own from UNI jazz faculty, and am in the process of learning this most exciting medium. I can see it will be a lifelong pursuit. I hope you don’t mind mentoring me…you have become an important teacher…along with Sarah Vaughn, Nancy Wilson and Ella! When is your next performance? (the calendar doesn’t extend that far). I would like to catch a live performance….
